After continuous developments over the past months, we are about to launch several functional processed cheese products for food industry and catering applications. These new products include:
1. Processed Mozzarella Cheese (Pizza Cheese)
These products have superb price advantage over functionality, in order to replace some traditional mozzarella for pizzas and toppings/fillings.
2. Easy-to-Melt cheeses
These products were developed to meet the requirements of making flowable toppings on pizzas or “volcano lava” style fillings in heated food products.
3. Hard-to-Melt cheeses
These products were developed for bakery products with concept of “tangible cheese fillings” or processed meat or fish products with “cheese particles inside”.
Many of these above-mentioned products are made to customers’ orders.
