Cheese is one of the traditional foods in many parts of the world, but it is naturally not the one for Chinese people living specifically in mainland China.
We started our cheese business some 20 years ago by working with a group of dairy professionals with tentative aim to discover any cheese that can suit contemporary Chinese eating habits and study how to produce them in large scale which may be different from the existing and prevailing technology.
In 2011, we initiated a full-scale cheese production project entailing cheese factory setup, factory management and new product development. At that time, we were one of very few cheese start-ups touching localised cheese production rather than just trading imported cheeses. Since then, we have learned a lot from numerous trials-and-errors.
Now our small scale but independent cheese production site has been in full operation, locating in Zhejiang province of east coastal China. It is licensed to produce unripened natural cheeses, fresh cream products, process cheeses and reformatted cheeses. The finished products are mainly to be used as ingredients by customers in food industry and catering business.
"Superkare Cheese" is a brand that we established in 2012 for our ingredient cheese products.
We seek for cooperation with people who desire to develop the Chinese cheese market together.
