Cheese is one of the traditional foods in many parts of the world, but it is naturally not the one for Chinese people living specifically in mainland China. We started our cheese business some 20 years ago by working with a group of dairy professionals with tentative aim to discover any cheese that can suit contemporary Chinese eating habits and study how to produce them in large scale which may be different from the existing and prevailing technology.
